Description
Use Your Own Words – O-Level Paraphrasing Essentials is a self-paced course for Cambridge IGCSE (0500), Edexcel IGCSE (4EA1) and O-Level (1123) students in Years 9–11. Over approximately 12–14 hours, you will learn to identify literal and implied meaning, make inferences explicit, transform vocabulary and sentence structures, and convert between direct and reported speech. You will apply these skills to timed, exam-style “Use Your Own Words” questions while avoiding common problems such as over-copying, patchwriting and inappropriate register changes. The course includes short interactive tutorials, practice banks with answer keys, annotated model answers, digital revision cards, audio explanations, printable worksheets, a progress tracker and reflection log. A mid-course checkpoint follows Module 3, and learning concludes with a teacher-reviewed, full exam-style exit assignment. No prior knowledge is required.
